1??Choose two colorimetric bottles. We added 10 ml dilution solution to one of the colorimetric bottles as reference color bottle. For another colorimetric bottle, 0.4ml is added through the pipette to activate the original semen and 10 ml diluent solvent is used as the colorimetric bottle. And mix it evenly.
2??Opening the sperm densitometer through the button (ON/OFF). Use the reference colorimetric bottle (that is, without adding the original semen solvent) to clear the sperm densitometer and press the (ZERO) key. You can see it on the screen (0).
